Hi, my name is Mark Bennett.
By profession I am a cloud architect with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and 10+ years of experience plumbing the cloud, DevOps engineering, or System Engineering, whatever you want to call it.
My customers have included businesses of all sizes over the years and although the size of the problems always differ, it has always felt like I’m automating myself out of my own job and creating efficient systems at every job
I have operated websites with millions of monthly users, designed networks to the highest of security standards for government agencies, and developed platforms that allowed for continuous development and integration.
I’ve worked with many different public cloud vendors such as Azure, GCP, Digital Ocean, and Cloudflare, but my real strength lies in AWS.
Currently I am employed as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect for AWS Professional Services consulting for public sector companies in Canada and the US.
